The restaurant was beautiful, the atmosphere was great it was quiet so we were able to speak to each other. We were served by Madina, she was kind and made sure all our needs were met. Would definitely recommend visiting!

Honestly, it’s a shame because the food is decent and the atmosphere is great, but my experience with billing and customer service has been very frustrating.I visited with a few friends and was incorrectly charged around £270 instead of roughly £127. I didn’t notice immediately, as I trust restaurants to charge correctly. Once I realised the mistake, I called and was told to email, which I did, but I didn’t receive any response.I then went in person to resolve it. I was told I had consumed all the items on the bill and was shown a receipt, but I had only eaten about half of what was listed—something even a staff member later appeared to confirm after checking CCTV. It felt like there was a lack of clarity internally about what actually happened.I was then told I would need to wait a week, which felt unreasonable given the situation. Eventually, I received an email saying only part of the amount would be refunded. At that point, I called again to follow up. While I wasn’t shouting, I was understandably upset, and being told to “calm down” made the situation worse. The staff member did apologise afterwards, but the interaction still felt dismissive.I’m still waiting on my refund that was confirmed, but overall the lack of consistency, communication, and accountability has been disappointing. Based on this experience, I would be cautious. Mistakes happen but how we manage them is so important, the way meat bros Paddington team dealt with this was abysmal

This is the first time I've been in an underground steak restaurant and oh my, it was just such a cool and nice experience. From the get go when you enter the restaurant on the ground level, the smell of grilled meat just pulls you in and then there's a waiting area for you to wait before they usher you to your seat. When they finally do so and you go down the steps to the underground dining area, you are just wowed by how it looks coz it's such a unique experience.

Absolutely loved my experience at Meet Bros. The ambience was incredible, and the cave-themed interior was truly exceptional — such a unique and immersive atmosphere.The food was brilliant from start to finish, especially the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection — tender, flavourful, and beautifully presented.What really made the evening stand out was the outstanding service. A special mention to Wina, who was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and aesthetic ambience. Madina was so attentive to our every need and she took so much care to ensure we were fully informed about the different steaks on offer. My husbands burger was a bit too thick so therefore not as well seasoned and flavoursome as one would expect. My steak was perfectly cooked. Thank you to Madina and the team at Meet Bros.

Delicious halal steak and I really love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Service is really good, kept up during busy periods. The food and the overall experience were absolutely amazing, but what truly made our evening unforgettable was our waitress, Wina. She was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire dinner. She took the time to explain every detail of the menu, sharing recommendations based on her experience and culture, which made the whole experience even more special and authentic.This kind of hospitality is what makes people come back. Wina is truly a great asset to the place, and we will definitely return.

We were treated like cattle! We arrived 10 minutes late due to parking issues, but were kept waiting another 20 minutes to sit down. Literally as soon as we reached the table they put the food on the table, even though some people had gone to the toilet. They were taking drinks orders while we were eating.The food was ok, but not amazing tbh. They tried to force us to have dessert straight after the mains, so we told them to wait 5-10. They didn’t like us delaying the dessert and claimed that we were late, so we pointed out that they kept us waiting for 20 minutes.The dessert was brought out very quickly, and the bill came shortly after even though we hadn’t asked for it. A minute later the card machine arrived. We took off the service charge due to the issues, and also a pot of tea we hadn’t ordered.They were already cleaning the table before we had left. We were probably there for about 1hr 20 in total.I am very sympathetic to restaurants which are struggling in the current climate, but when you have bad experiences like this I really have no pity. This is poor management and greed. What staggers me is the high number of good reviews on Google compared to Trip Advisor. And looking at nearly all of the 5* reviews which only have a few reviews to their name, makes me wonder if they are even real. Tripadvisor is 3.3, which in our experience is generous.
